Below are a list of frequently asked questions about our Bling It On Webstores. You may also feel free to contact your GlitterStarz representative with any questions we didn't answer here! 

OPEN STORES:

How do I know if my store is open?
If your team’s logo is on the “OPEN WEBSTORES” page, then your team is currently doing a fundraiser.

How does the fundraiser work?
The store will be open for 2 weeks. After this, all orders will go into production at the same time. For every item bought, your team earns $3 back! Another benefit is that you will not have to pay for shipping!

How will I know the dates for my fundraiser?
The dates for your fundraiser, production time, and tentative shipping are all approved by your coordinator. He/She will have an approval form and flyer with these dates.

Where will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped to the gym at the same time as everyone else’s with FREE shipping.

CLOSED STORES:

What does it mean when the store is closed?
A closed webstore means that your store is NOT doing a fundraiser. This means no money back per item and you are required to pay for shipping.

How long will it take for my order to be in production?
If you order something in stock (meaning product + artwork in house), the production time will be about 2-4 days.
If you order something not in stock, the production time will be about 2-3 weeks during March - September.
If you order something not in stock, the production time will be about 3-5 weeks during October – February.

Where will my order ship?
Your order will ship directly to your home if shipping is paid for. If you fail to pay for shipping, GlitterStarz reserves the right to ship your order to the gym with other orders.

How do I find my team when it isn’t open?

  • Go to our homepage at  www.GlitterStarz.com

  • Hover your Mouse over "Bling It on Webstores" to open the dropdown menu

  • Click "Shop by Team"

  • Click your team name to bring you to the Team's shop page

If I need to change something on my order who do I contact?
Please email TiffanyGlitterStarz@yahoo.com with ANY changes you need done to your order.

If I am unsure of a size, what should I do?
We offer sizing charts on every product on the store. This can be found as a second image UNDER the main product image.

There are standard places for all personalization. All Personalization has a 15 character limit, and cost an extra $7.
