RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at GlitterStarz!

Please remember every piece that Glitterstarz creates is exclusively made for your custom order. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding sizing or fitting, fabric styles, pricing, mockups, logo printing types, production times and delivery dates, or returns /exchanges.

We are available by phone, email, or web chat during business hours for customer’s individual questions prior to ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: GlitterStarz can not be held responsible for sizing errors after the product is made – please refer to our sizing charts (which differ for each item) and sizing video for full instructions on how to properly take measurements, in order to avoid sizing issues. **

Please also refer to our product care guides which are shipped with every order to ensure the product is washed and cared for correctly. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage due to improper use or care of products, so please use our specific washing instructions.

If a customer decides our product does not meet up to their expectations, with regards to quality of fabric or stone work, our GlitterStarz Customer Service Team will gladly work with the customer to provide a resolution. Please note: not all orders may qualify for a refund ; resolution of quality issues will be determined by the Manager’s discretion.

Please be sure to save your invoice and order form, as this is a copy of your receipt and will be used in case of returns/exchanges.

To qualify for a return, you must contact GlitterStarz customer service within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. All GlitterStarz custom apparel, bags, and accessories (as well as items in the "Time to Shine" Collection) must be returned UNWORN within 15 DAYS of receipt of your order.

Merchandise that has been used CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please contact your GlitterStarz representative to notify us that you plan to make a return or exchange.
  • Fill out the Return Form with all the necessary information.
  • Package the item(s) you are returning with the completed return form.
  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier & method. Please choose a shipping method that includes tracking and keep your tracking information on file – as GlitterStarz is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Reimbursement for your original or return postage is not guaranteed and is determined by the manager’s discretion.
  • You will not receive a refund for your original charge(s) until GlitterStarz receives your returned item(s).
  • If items are returned without the invoice / return form completed, GlitterStarz reserves the right to NOT complete the return/exchange until the form is received.
  • GlitterStarz reserves the right to deny a return or exchange based on the Manager’s discretion.

EXCHANGES

  • Since GlitterStarz products are custom made for you, our exchanges depend on each situation. Please contact our customer service before sending any products you wish to exchange. 
  • Fill out the Return Form with all the necessary information.
  • Package the item(s) you are returning with the completed return/ exchange form.
  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier & method. Please choose a shipping method that includes tracking and keep your tracking information on file – as GlitterStarz is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Reimbursement for your original or return postage will depend on the type of return or exchange, and is not guaranteed.
  • You will not receive a refund for your original charge(s) until GlitterStarz receives your returned item(s).
  • GlitterStarz may charge for shipping on any new items being sent out during the exchange – at the manager’s discretion.
  • If items are returned without the invoice / return form completed, GlitterStarz reserves the right to NOT complete the return/exchange until the form is received.

**Important Note About Sizing:

Please refer to your Glitz Kit and your individual athlete uniform measurements page before consolidating sizes onto your Size Submission form.

Please double check your Size Submission form with the athletes after consolidating, to ensure accuracy before submitting to GlitterStarz. If you are unsure of which size may be right for you depending on measurements, please contact your GlitterStarz representative for assistance.
